Common questions
How much is a service call?
We charge a flat service call fee that covers the trip and a full diagnosis — you'll see the exact amount when you book online, or we'll tell you upfront when you call. If you approve the repair, the fee is waived entirely and you only pay the repair price. Nothing is ever charged online.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. We offer same-day diagnosis whenever possible, and same-day repair when the required part is in stock. If a part has to be ordered, it typically arrives in 2–3 days and we come back to finish the job.
How soon can you come out?
Typically within 2–3 business days, and we keep slots open for urgent jobs. Call (857) 867-0482 before 10 AM and there's a good chance we can see you same-day or next-day.

Do you repair my brand?
Almost certainly. Our techs work on Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Bosch, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, and most other major residential brands, both gas and electric.

Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on parts & labor. Same problem comes back within the warranty window? We come back and make it right — no charge, no argument.
Repair or replace — how do I know?
After the diagnosis we'll give you our honest read. If repairing it is the smart move, we'll tell you. If replacing it makes more sense for you, we'll tell you that too — even though it means less work for us. No hidden fees, no upselling.
